Terms of service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Review Booster) and Review Booster. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Review Booster lets you send your customers an email asking them to review your business on Google, with one automatic reminder, and shows you which requests were clicked. We may improve or change features over time.

Your responsibilities

• Only add people who were actually your customers, and only use contact details you obtained lawfully.
• Ask every customer the same way. Do not use Review Booster to ask only customers you expect to be happy.
• Do not offer anything of value in exchange for a review, and do not write, buy or request fake reviews.
• Follow Google's review policies, the FTC's rules on consumer reviews and testimonials, CAN-SPAM, and any other laws that apply to you.
• Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or that generate excessive complaints, bounces or unsubscribes.

Trial, billing and cancellation

New accounts get a free trial. After that, service is billed monthly per location at the price shown when you subscribe. There is no long-term contract: you can cancel anytime, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law. We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Your data

You own the business and customer information you add. You give us permission to use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data by contacting us.

No guarantee of reviews

We can't promise any number of reviews, star ratings or business results, and Google decides what appears on your profile.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or immediately for serious violations of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. If we update them, we'll post the new version here and email you about material changes.
